🚨EU Shipping Update 🚨
Good news! EU shipping is available again, with a few changes to how duty and handling fees are calculated.
Free Shipping: Orders of $75 CAD / $55 USD or more still qualify for free shipping.
Duty & Handling Fee: The charge for the first item has been reduced from $9.99 CAD to $7.99 CAD. This consists of $4.49 CAD (€3 duty) + $3.50 CAD (€2 EU handling fee).
Additional Items: Each additional item will incur a $3.50 CAD (€2) handling fee.
Please note that adding additional eligible items to your order will increase the total handling fees accordingly. The EU handling fee is calculated based on each individual UPC (Universal Product Code), not the HS code used to determine the EU duty charge. Identical UPCs are treated as the same product and will not incur an additional handling fee. If for any reason you purchase two or more of the same item and are charged multiple handling fees please contact our service team for assistance.
If our shipping partners inform us of any further changes to how the EU handling fee is calculated, we will make the necessary adjustments and keep everyone updated.
Orders exceeding €150 / $230 CAD will not be charged the upfront EU duty fee but will still be subject to the applicable per-item handling fees. Any duties and taxes assessed upon delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: VGP will not under-declare shipment values or reduce the declared value of any parcels shipped to the EU. All shipments will be declared at their full purchase value.
Existing orders already in our system will not be subject to the new handling fees. VGP will cover these additional charges on behalf of our customers.
