Calling all videogame collectors and enthusiasts 
We are now offering a guaranteed “in-a-box” shipping service as a Free Service. All orders are now packaged in a sturdy cardboard box .

We are now only shipping orders in full, which means that your order will be shipped only after all of the products contained in it have been released, even if some of them are already in stock.

If you would prefer faster delivery of in-stock or pre-order products, we would recommend placing separate orders.

Please note that we will always reserve the products you have ordered to ensure they can be shipped together when all pre-orders have been released.

In spite of reaching the free shipping threshold, some items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their weight and size.

Orders placed before April 1, 2022, will abide by the old shipping policy.

Shipping Rates and Services :

Spend over $75.00 CAD pick the free shipping option at checkout and have your order shipped for Free.

Free Shipping for USA Orders will be shipped (GUARANTEED IN A BOX SERVICE WITH TRACKING) either USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail or UPS based on the Size of the order and item. Larger items such as controllers and accessories are shipped via Priority Mail or UPS.  * SOME IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING RATES - DUE TO SIZE AND WEIGHT. SHIPPING ON THESE ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECKOUT*

Free Shipping within Canada will be shipped (GUARANTEED IN A BOX SERVICE WITH TRACKING) via Canada Post Lettermail or Canada Post Expedited or UPS based on Size of the order and items. Larger items such as controllers and accessories are shipped via Canada Post Expedited with Tracking.  * SOME IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING RATES - DUE TO SIZE AND WEIGHT. CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES :

As of JUNE 3RD, 2022 Due to poor delivery performance and no tracking information for customers, we have decided to no longer offer Canada Post Letter Mail services on our website. Effective immediately, all orders will now ship with a tracking number. This change will increase our standard shipping prices from $2.99 to $5.99 in Ontario/Quebec and $7.99 for the rest of Canada.

However, FREE SHIPPING is still available on all orders of $75 or more. (certain restrictions apply)

*All previously placed orders will automatically be upgraded to Expedited shipping at no charge*

CANADA POST EXPEDITED: This service varies on the province and size of the item. Larger items may not have this option available. This service usually takes 1-14 business days to arrive based on your location. We ship out of Toronto, Ontario. This option does offer tracking. The parcel is insured in case of loss.

CANADA POST XPRESSPOST: This service varies on the province and size of the item. Larger items may not have this option available. This service usually takes 1-7 business days to arrive based on your location. We ship out of Toronto, Ontario. This option does offer tracking. The parcel is insured in case of loss.

UPS SHIPPING RATES: UPS Standard, UPS Express Saver (NEXT DAY END OF DAY SERVICE), and UPS Express (DELIVERY BY NOON IN MOST AREAS) is now offered at checkout effective April 1, 2022. Rates are not stable and change weekly based on world logistics costs.

In-Stock items usually ship within 24-48hrs unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders ship before or on the release date to ensure our customers receive their items as close to release as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES :

INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING: This service varies on country per item. Larger items may cost more due to size. Please see your rate at checkout. This service usually takes 14-30 business days to most parts of the world. This option does offer tracking. Tracking may not appear to work the same day as shipped as there is an additional few days of processing time. The parcel is insured in case of loss.

There may be unexpected delays due to customs and strikes so please allow a maximum of 30 business days to pass before contacting customer service.

🚨EU Import Duty Update!🚨

A new €3 EU small parcel duty takes effect July 1, 2026 for eligible imports under €150 / $240 CAD. 

Starting tomorrow, a flat fee of $9.99 / €6 will be applied to all European orders impacted by the new duty tax effective July 1st. This fee is intended to cover the new tax , and additional courier admin / handling fees to deal with collecting the taxes. We also anticipate that this will also account for the additional €2 Euro tax fee set to be introduced in November 2026, but we will need to reassess the situation at that time.

All European customers placing orders that exceed €150 / $240 CAD will be required to pay all duties and taxes to their respective customs departments upon receipt of their parcels.

For the past few days VGP has been absorbing the additional charge to ensure that our European customers could receive their orders without incurring the new duty. 

[Please Note: Orders that were shipped previously may be subject to the new taxes, and customers will be required to pay upon the arrival of their parcels

Any Pre-orders placed previously that have not shipped valued below the €150 / $240 CAD threshold will have this small parcel duty fee covered. Any existing Pre-orders exceeding this amount will be required to pay all duties and taxes to their respective customs departments upon receipt of their parcels.

EU Countries affected include : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

UPS SHIPPING RATES: UPS Express (DELIVERY TIME WILL VARY) is now offered at checkout effective April 1, 2022. Rates are not stable and change weekly based on world logistics costs.

If you occur longer shipping times contact your local post offices and customs offices as well.

NEW USA SHIPPING RATES

We now ship all USA Resident orders out of our facility in Niagara Falls, NY in the USA.

Orders will be shipped either USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Mail based on the Size of the order and item.  Please see your rate at checkout. Larger items such as controllers and accessories are shipped via Priority Mail. All USA orders will come with Delivery Confirmation tracking numbers. 

All orders at this time are processed in Canadian Dollars so exchange fees may occur. Videogamesplus.com, ca will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for credit card or paypal exchange rate differences.

BREXIT - EFFECTIVE FEB 22, 2021

On the 1st January 2021 the transition period of the United Kingdom leaving the European Union ends. Anew VAT scheme will apply for commercial items valued between £0 and £135 where sellers must pay VAT (no duties) direct to HMRC (HM Revenueand Customs) as if the seller is in the UK . For these
items with a value < £135 (€ 150) Royal Mail will no longer offer a DDU/DAP service (VAT & duties collected at the recipient) or DDP service. Items > £135 can still be delivered via DDU/DAP and VAT & duties will be collected from the recipient.

Next to this new VAT scheme the LVCR (Low Value Consignment Relief) will be removed.

VIDEOGAMESPLUS.CA HAS RE-OPENED UK SHIPMENTS.

UK CUSTOMERS WILL NOW BE CHARGED 20% VAT AT CHECKOUT TO AVOID ANY ISSUES WITH UK CUSTOMS.

ALL SHIPMENTS TO THE UK WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED WITH POST NL TRACKED MAIL SERVICE
