Holiday Shipping Notice - December 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

We hope this message finds you well. As we have approached the busy holiday season, we want to keep you informed about a couple of important changes regarding our shipping process.

Shipping Carrier Update Canada:

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we have transitioned to UPS for all shipments within Canada. This change was made in the interest of maintaining a reliable delivery service and ensuring that your orders arrive quickly as possible. However, UPS is currently operating on a limited pickup schedule as they work to manage the increased package volume resulting from the Canada Post strike. (Expect Delays)

International and USA orders are unaffected by the Canada Post strike, as we use other courier companies besides Canada Post and UPS to ship these orders.

Order Processing Delays:

 As you can imagine, our team is working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. We have hired extra staff, added shifts and are working around the clock. However, due to the extreme high volume of orders and occasional delays in pick-ups, some shipments are experiencing longer than usual processing and delivery times. We are estimating some orders can take up to 3 – 10 business days to process. We are doing everything we can to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
