VGP U.S. De Minimis Exemption Update!

As many of you are aware, the $800 U.S. De Minimis exemption will conclude on August 29th at 12:01 A.M.

All services to the U.S. continue:

Currently, VGP will persist in shipping parcels to the U.S. However, due to the new clearance procedures at the border, we expect that deliveries to the U.S. will face a minor delay of at least one day. VGP is also developing a future solution in which all VGP U.S. shipments will be dispatched directly from within the U.S., thereby rendering all border issues to U.S. VGP customers irrelevant.

Prices and shipping rates:

Currently, products and shipping costs are not affected by the new regulations; nonetheless, they are subject to change at any moment. All orders placed on our website prior to this announcement are guaranteed, and the prices will be upheld even if there is a future increase on any item. We will keep a close watch on shipping and inventory expenses and will issue an update should any pricing adjustments become necessary. However, as of now, both stock and shipping prices are stable.

Duties and taxes:

Regarding duties and taxes, VGP is managing all tariff costs on our end. No additional tariffs or taxes will be applied at checkout. We do not anticipate that US customers will face any extra charges on their orders. We will continue to monitor the situation and issue an update should any changes become necessary.
